Data Processing Agreement

Parties and roles

The customer is the data controller. SOFTIQA acts as a data processor, processing data in customer files to provide the service during the Tablore subscription.

Subject of processing

Processing covers account usage, file uploads, file analysis, findings, approval workflows, support, and audit records. SOFTIQA does not use file content for other purposes outside the customer's instructions.

Security measures

Security measures include TLS, application-level encryption, role-based access, organization isolation, audit logs, backups, access restrictions, and incident management processes.
